1. This agreement

These terms govern your membership of Earn with Core, the research panel operated by Core Behaviour ("we", "us", "our"), registered at Golf Link Software Park, LT No. 8/3, Princeville, Challaghatta Village, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560071, India. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not, please do not register.

They should be read together with our privacy policy and cookie policy.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old, or older where local law requires it.
• You must live in a country where we currently operate the panel.
• You must register in your own name, using an email address you control.
• You may hold one account only. Members of the same household may each hold their own.

3. Your account

Keep your password confidential and your profile accurate — accuracy is what matches you to studies, and inaccuracy undermines the research. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly — by raising a ticket from your account, or at support@earnwithcore.com if you cannot sign in — should you believe it has been accessed by someone else.

We will never ask you for your password, your bank credentials or a one-time security code. Any message that does is not from us.

4. Taking part in studies

Participation is entirely voluntary. There is no minimum activity requirement, and declining an invitation carries no penalty.

Invitations state the points offered and the expected length before you begin. Studies operate to quotas: if the group you belong to is already full, the study may close before you finish. This is a screen-out, it is a normal feature of research sampling, and it does not earn the completion points. Where a study offers a partial or screen-out incentive, that will be stated in the invitation.

We may withdraw a study, or your access to one, at any time.

5. Points

• Each point has a fixed value of USD $0.01.
• Current earning rates: 100 points for registration, 200 points for activation, 200 points for completing your profile, 5 points per poll, and a variable amount per survey stated in the invitation.
• Points are credited once a response passes validation, usually within 48 hours.
• Points are a personal, non-transferable entitlement to request a reward under these terms. They are not currency, they carry no cash value outside this panel, and they cannot be sold, gifted, transferred or willed.
• Points do not expire while the account is active. If you do not sign in for 12 consecutive months, we will email you at your registered address before taking any action on the balance.
• We may correct or reverse points credited in error, or credited in connection with a breach of these terms.

6. Redemption

• The minimum redemption is 5,000 points (USD $50).
• Redemptions are subject to a verification check on the account and the underlying activity.
• Digital rewards are normally delivered within 24 hours of approval; PayPal payments within one to three business days; prepaid cards within two to five. These are targets, not guarantees.
• Reward availability varies by country and may change. Your dashboard shows what is available to you.
• Rewards are delivered to the email address on your account. Keep it current: we are not able to recover a code delivered to an address you no longer control.
• If a reward cannot be delivered, we restore the points to your balance.
• We charge no fee for redemption. Your own payment provider may apply its own charges or exchange rates.

7. Referrals

You earn 100 points when a person joins through your referral link and activates their account, and 10% of the points they subsequently earn from surveys while their account remains active. The commission is funded by us and is not deducted from the referred member.

Referrals must be genuine people who joined at your invitation. Self-referrals, fabricated accounts, purchased traffic, spam, and posting your link where it breaches a third party's terms are all prohibited and will void the associated points.

8. Conduct and quality

Research is only worth commissioning if the data is honest. You agree not to:

• Give false information in your profile or in a study, including to pass screening questions.
• Complete studies faster than they can reasonably be read, or answer at random.
• Use bots, scripts, automation, VPNs or emulators to access the panel or to disguise your location.
• Hold or operate more than one account, or access another member's account.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe or reverse-engineer our systems.

9. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, particularly the quality and fraud provisions above. Where we do, unredeemed points may be forfeited. We will tell you the reason, and if you believe we have made a mistake, reply and a person will review the decision.

You may close your account at any time by raising a ticket from your account settings, or by emailing support. Redeem any balance above the threshold first — closing the account ends the balance with it.

10. Confidentiality

Studies often show unreleased products, adverts, packaging or concepts. Treat everything you see in a study as confidential: do not photograph it, screenshot it, describe it publicly, or post about it on social media. This obligation continues after your membership ends.

11. Intellectual property

The panel, this website, and their content, branding and software are owned by Core Behaviour or its licensors. You may use them only as a member under these terms.

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use the responses you submit for research purposes, including sharing them with clients in aggregated or de-identified form as described in the privacy policy.

12. Disclaimers

The panel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that you will receive any particular number of invitations, that you will qualify for any study, or that you will reach the redemption threshold within any period. Panel membership is not employment, and it is not a guaranteed source of income.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the cash value of the points in your account at the time the claim arose.

If you are a consumer, you keep the statutory rights available to you in your country and these terms do not affect them.

14. Tax

You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on rewards you receive. We do not provide tax advice. Where the law requires us to report payments or withhold tax, we will do so.

15. Changes

We may update these terms, including earning rates and the redemption threshold, as the panel develops. The date at the top shows the current version. Where a change materially affects your rights or the value of points you already hold, we will email members in advance and give you a reasonable opportunity to redeem an existing balance under the previous terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and may be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
