Questions
Joining, surveys, points, payouts and privacy — answered properly.
Joining the panel
Eligibility, cost, and getting your account set up.
No, and it never will. We are paid by the organisations commissioning the research and we pass a share of that to you as points. If any panel asks you to pay a joining or membership fee, it is not a research panel.
Anyone aged 16 or over, with a valid email address, living in one of the 40+ countries where we currently run studies. You need one account per person and one person per account — households can each have their own.
No. Duplicate accounts distort research data, which is the one thing we cannot allow. When we find them, all of the linked accounts are closed and any unredeemed balance is forfeited. This is worth knowing before you try it.
An email address and a password, then a short profile. We never ask for payment card details, and we will never ask for your bank password or a one-time code. Any message claiming to be from us that asks for those is a phishing attempt — forward it to support@earnwithcore.com.
Check your spam or promotions folder first — that is where it usually is. You can request a new link from the sign-in screen. If it still does not arrive, email member support — you cannot raise a ticket until the account is active — and we will activate it manually.
Surveys and studies
Invitations, lengths, screen-outs and what we ask about.
It depends on your profile and where you live — some audiences are in constant demand, others less so. The most reliable way to get more invitations is a complete, current profile. You can also set a frequency limit in your account if we are emailing too often.
Every study needs a specific mix of people, and the opening questions check whether you belong to a group that still has space. When that group is full, the survey closes. It reflects quotas, not your answers — and keeping your profile current is what reduces it. See how it works for the longer explanation.
No. There are no quotas on your side and no penalty for ignoring an invitation. Skipping does not reduce how many you receive in future.
Most run five to twenty minutes. Quick polls take seconds. Every invitation states the expected length and the points before you start, so you can decide whether it is worth your time.
Raise a ticket from your account with the date and the survey name and we will look at the records. If you completed it and the technical fault was at our end or the platform's, we credit the points manually.
Yes, and most members do. A small number of studies need a larger screen — usually ones showing video or detailed packaging images — and those are flagged in the invitation.
Points and payouts
What points are worth and how to turn them into money.
$0.01 — one cent — regardless of how you earned it. So 5,000 points is $50. The rate is fixed and we do not adjust it.
Once your balance reaches 5,000 points. Choose your reward in the member area; digital codes usually arrive within 24 hours and PayPal within one to three business days of approval.
Honestly, it varies too much for a useful average — it depends on how many studies match your profile, which depends on your demographics and market. This is a way to convert spare minutes into gift cards and cash, not a substitute for income, and we would rather say that plainly.
You get 100 points when someone joins through your link and activates their account, plus 10% of everything they subsequently earn from surveys, for as long as they stay active. The commission is funded by us — nothing is deducted from your friend's balance.
Not while your account stays active. After 12 months without a sign-in we will email you before taking any action on the balance.
That depends on your country and your total income, and we are not able to give tax advice. If you are earning enough for it to matter, ask a local tax professional. Reporting any liability is your responsibility.
Privacy and data
What we hold, who sees it, and how to get it back.
No. Clients receive aggregated results — patterns across hundreds or thousands of respondents. Your name, email and contact details are not part of what we deliver. The rare exception is a study that explicitly asks whether you want to be contacted for a follow-up interview, and that always requires you to opt in first.
No. We do not sell or rent member personal information to advertisers, data brokers or anyone else. Core Behaviour earns its money from research studies, which is precisely why we can say that.
Email privacy@earnwithcore.com from your registered address, or use the request form in your account settings. We action access and deletion requests within 30 days. Cash out any balance above the threshold first — deleting the account closes it.
Because research clients need to know whose opinion they are reading — a view on baby products means something different from a parent than from someone without children. You can skip any question you are uncomfortable with; it may mean fewer matched studies, and that trade-off is yours to make.
Your account
Access, email preferences and leaving the panel.
Once you are signed in, use the support ticket option in the member area. Your account details, balance and survey history travel with the ticket, so we can look into it without a round of questions first. If you cannot sign in — or you are not a member — email support@earnwithcore.com instead. Both are answered within two business days.
From your account settings. We send a confirmation to the new address before the change takes effect, which stops anyone else moving your account and balance to an address you do not control.
Yes. Set a frequency limit in your preferences, or turn invitation emails off entirely and check the dashboard when it suits you. Your account and balance are unaffected either way.
Raise a ticket from your account settings, or email us, and we will close it. Redeem any balance above 5,000 points before you do — closing the account ends the balance with it, and we would rather you had the money.
Suspensions usually follow our data quality checks — duplicate accounts, automated responses, or completing studies faster than they can be read. If you believe it was a mistake, reply to the notice or raise a ticket and a person will review it.
Still have a question?
Members can raise a ticket from inside their account; anyone else can email us. Either way a real person answers within two business days.
